***Auction Close Rules*** - Snipe Auctions: The sniper places a bid 2 minutes before the closing time to invoke a snipe. After this, the last bid must remain uncontested for a full five minutes. There will not be a second snipe.

For example, if a bid is placed at 8:58pm just before the closing time of the auction - a five minute timer is started. That bid must remain uncontested for a full five minutes. The auction will not officially close until a full five minutes has passed since the last bid. This is to keep everything fair for our bidders invested in the art piece up for auction.
